Poetic Invitation

• When I receive your order details and wording, I’ll create a digital design proof and email it to you for review and feedback. Two rounds of edits are included (if needed) to get everything just right.

• If your order requires guest names or addresses (place cards, menus, seating charts, envelopes, etc), I will email you a spreadsheet template for you to fill in the details.

• Please make sure to double check all details (spelling, event times and dates, colour selection, etc.)

• When I have received your approval for print, I will send your items to production and arrange any extra embellishments, before carefully checking, packaging and sending them to you!

Shipping times can vary depending on the time of year. Please allow plenty of time for design, production and delivery to receive your items in time for your special event.

You will be sent a separate invoice for shipping once your order is complete and delivery address confirmed. Tracking numbers are supplied for with all orders.

Express Shipping within Australia is $25.00 (items smaller than A4).

For signage up to A1 size, shipping is $55.00. If larger signs are required, please complete a custom enquiry form and shipping will be calculated accordingly.

Collection can sometimes be arranged within the Murwillumbah, Kingscliff and Tweed Heads region if there is a suitable time.

Please allow up to a week for the design process, especially during peak periods. Prompt response to design proofs will ensure a faster turnaround time.

Print production can take 2 - 3 weeks, once design is approved depending on the print method chosen. Any special upgrades or embellishments may require additional time. 

Please reach out via email prior to ordering, if you aren’t sure about the time available. Occasionally a rush order may be possible for an additional fee.

When to send

Save the Dates: 12 months

Invitations: 4 - 6 months (RSVP should be about 1 month prior to your wedding date)

Organise on-the-day items (menus, table numbers, place cards, signs, vow cards etc) in the 2 - 3 months before your wedding. Even if you don’t have all the details, you can still book into our schedule to get things started and finalise everything a few weeks before your wedding.

I will arrange a final invoice for any upgrades you would like.
